Global Marketing Manager (based in Singapore)
Responsibilities
Develop country marketing plan, which includes go-to-market strategy and identify market and product development needed for the local market.
Identify customers' needs and high growth areas/trends and implement target marketing programs locally.
Plan and organize customer events, seminars, exhibitions, business forums, luncheons or public-relations activities with agencies (e.g. PR agencies) to achieve market communication.
Provide pricing support to sales unit. Develop and maintain addressable customer database, and market information such as competitive landscape and analysis. Provide constant feedback to management on market pricing and propose improvement.
Work closely with Country Director to implement and ensure that initiatives are in alignment with overall sales and marketing strategy.
Work closely with Channels Marketing Manager to execute go-to-markets strategies/engagement.
Requirements
A good degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering or Economics. MBA or higher diploma in marketing is advantageous.
Experience in telecom products and services
Experience in a Telco function is advantageous.
Must be a self-starter, outgoing, and versatile. Able to work independently, but also effectively in a team environment.
Should be confident in public speaking and has an outgoing personality.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
